A thin film is laminated over the printed sheet to guard against scuffs, moisture and everyday handling marks.
You can choose a matte, gloss or soft-touch film depending on the feel you want. Besides protecting the print, the film makes the board stronger at the folds and helps the colours hold up in transit and on the shelf.
Finishes such as varnish, spot UV or hot-stamp foil are added to give the box its feel and shine.
Spot UV picks out a logo in gloss against a matte surface, foil stamping adds metallic detail, and embossing gives raised texture. Each finish is applied to the sheet before cutting so it lines up exactly with the design.
Sheets are cut and creased to your exact dieline, giving clean edges and folds that assemble true.
A custom steel die cuts the outline, window openings and fold lines in one pass. We keep the dies for repeat orders, so reorders skip tooling cost, and we check cut accuracy on every batch.
Boxes are assembled, then checked for colour, finish and fit before anything is packed for shipping.
We inspect a sample from each batch for colour match, surface quality, glue strength and dimensions against your approved sample. Anything outside tolerance is pulled out, and approved boxes are packed carefully with photos sent to you before they ship.
